Returns

We want you to love your PurePatch products. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.


Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any PurePatch products that have been opened or used.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@purepatch.co.uk with photos of the issue.


Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card provider (processing times can vary).
